Heather Guerrero, Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator: Peaceful Poppies

Well the new Mini Catalog is Live and it is FABULOUS! This catalog is full of so many fun and beautiful products I can't even stand it!! From the second I opened it up The Peaceful Poppies Suite just jumped out at me. From the colors of the Peaceful Poppies designer series paper to the gorgeous florals and fonts of the stamps sets...to the adorably sweet sequins and whisper white crinkled ribbon! Everything coordinates and assists in making beautiful cards and projects. Here are some samples of cards I've made over the last few weeks. For this first one the designer series paper is really the focal point of this card. Seriously...I just cut a layer of this delicious paper and added a sentiment! The only stamping are the words Happy Birthday! Of course the Peaceful Moments stamp set has a variety of gorgeous sentiments so that you could make a nice simple card for any occasion. Add a touch of the ribbon and a few sequins and it's done! I even used the Timeless Label punch for the sentiment so didn't even need to pull out the die cuts.

Now this second card uses the Painted Poppies stamp set for the texture background and the flowers. Again that designer series paper helps to bring the whole card to life. A few rhinestones and some linen thread.

This third card was the one I made for our team swap! Same stamp set, same package of designer series paper but a totally different look. So much fun to play with and create pretty things!
