Bruno & Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop December 2021

Welcome to Bruno & Kylie's Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop! We are a group of demonstrators from all over the world that take part in Bruno & Kylie Bertucci's online training program to share ideas and support each other while growing our businesses. My name is Heather Guerrero and I am from Colorado Springs, Colorado. I hope you will take some time to check out all of the blogs of these wonderfully talented Stampin' Up® Demonstrators.

The card I have to share today is a Twisted Ribbon Border card. It is a great way to use up some of our scraps! I also used the fun In Symmetry stamp set. I love the bold floral images and the pretty sentiments.

To make the border, take a piece of cardstock 2" x 5" and mark along both edges every 1/2".

Cut strips of paper 1" x 3". Using the pencil marks as a guide, line up the the strips of the first pattern of your designer series paper on the diagonal.

Next, adhere the second layer of the designer series paper strips to the panel, lining them up at the diagonal in the opposite direction as shown.

Flip your piece over and trim off the paper edges. You can cut this layer down to whatever size you would like for your card design. The length and width of your paper strips can also be adjusted to whatever size you would like. I actually cut mine down to 3/4" wide to show a little more white space.

I hope you enjoyed the project.

Thanks so much for stopping by...please take a few minutes to check out all of the other fabulous demonstrator projects listed below.
